Q: What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?
A: BcnTaxis.com and its contracted transfer companies monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, and no you will not be charged any extra for flight delays.
Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
A: Drivers normally enter the terminal approximately 15 minutes after a flight has landed, they will hold a board with the lead passenger name on it and the driver will be located at the arrivals hall at whichever airport or terminal.
Q: What if I can't locate my driver?
A: When you make a booking online with us you will automatically receive a confirmation email where you will have an emergency telephone number. By quoting your name or reference number our experienced staff will be able to assist.
