1.Terms of Carraige
1.1 Airport pick-up: includes 45 minutes free waiting time from the time of landing, thereafter you will be charged 1,00 euro per minute. (There is no additional charge for flight delays).
Return pick-up: waiting time is free for the first 10 minutes, thereafter you will be charged 1,00 euro per minute for the entire waiting time.
1.2 A maximum time of 90 minutes for airport pick-ups and 20 minutes for return pick-ups will be allocated, whereupon non-contact with passengers will classify the reservation to be a no show and any money paid will be totally non-refundable.
1.3 Fares quoted are flat rates. Any diversions, additional set downs or pick-ups by passengers will incur a minimum charge of 5,00 euros per diversion.
1.4 Neither BcnTaxis.com nor any of its contracted or sub-contracted drivers will accept responsibilty for loss or damage to luggage. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded / unloaded at all times, if accompanying the luggage on the journey. Bcn Taxis and its contracted or sub-contracted drivers have the right to refuse any passenger or to make a journey due to the passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion.
1.5 Vehicles are booked by passengers as requested. Cars carry a maximum of 4 passengers and luggage. Vehicles to carry a larger number of passengers and luggage are available and are to be booked as required (for luggage limitations and vehicle types click on vehicles).
2. Cancellations.
2.1 If a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the pick-up time, any money paid would be totally non-refundable and any cancellation before 24 hours will be liable of 20% cancellation fee after reservation has been confirmed by our office.
2.2 Vehicles that are booked by passengers that are not suitable for the purpose for which they have been booked for as in clause 1.4 will have a cancellation charge of 100% of the quoted price for provision of the service.
3.Miscellaneous
3.1 We accept the following credit cards: visa and mastercard.
3.2 Additional car parking is charged at cost.
3.3 Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion.
3.4 Cellular phone use is charged at 2,00 euros per minute.
3.5 Every effort will be made by the company to ensure that vehicles arrive on time. The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay occured which is beyond our control.
